Will my clients notice it's not me replying?
Krinia introduces itself as the virtual assistant of the salon at the start of each conversation, one sentence ("I am the virtual assistant of [your salon]"). The tone is what you set. To clients she's a colleague at the salon, not a cold robot.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Keep your current number and forward only unanswered calls to Krinia. Or activate a dedicated number for the public presence.
Does it work with Booksy or Treatwell?
Yes. We import your client history and bookings from the platform you already use during onboarding. Your existing calendar keeps working as before.
What if Krinia gets something wrong?
Nothing goes public without your OK: Instagram posts, offers, review replies require a confirmation tap in the app. For direct messages to clients, if Krinia has a doubt she pings you before replying. You can correct her any time by chatting ("don't suggest offers on Sundays") and she adapts immediately.
Are my clients' data safe? GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Database in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, EU), GDPR-compliant. We sign a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) with you before going live. Full conversations are never stored: we extract only relevant preferences and they can be deleted on client request. No data sold to third parties.
Does it publish directly to my social media?
Yes, but only after your confirmation tap in the app. You connect Instagram at the start with one guided Facebook login. From that point Krinia can publish the post you just approved directly to your account, without having to go through Meta Business Suite.
How long does it take to learn?
Initial setup is 30 minutes, we do it together via WhatsApp. The first two weeks are adaptation. From week three she's autonomous. You control everything from the app, two taps.
Can I turn off some features?
Yes, anytime, from the app. You can switch off individual features or all of them. The core receptionist stays on always so you don't lose bookings.
